How to fix your Pentair® 5G Intellibrite® LED Pool Light

You know what's worse then spending over $500 dollars for a color LED pool light? Having the internal board fail right after the warranty expires. Fixing it using OEM parts is $380 or more, but even worse is that it will fail again the same way as before. We designed our replacement board to be better and last longer and sell it at a much lower price. Our aftermarket 16 Color LED PCB light engine kit allows you to repair or upgrade your existing Pentair® Intellibrite® 5G light.
Pool Baron® 16 Color LED Boards are 300% brighter than OEM LED fixtures. This kit fits all standard Intellibrite® 8" pool niches (10-11" diameter including rim).
16 Color / Show Options - 7 Solid colors - 9 Color shows
Neutral White, Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, Cyan and Purple, Smooth Color Transition, Single Color Fade, Medium Color Changing, and Fast Color Changing. Lights are controlled by light switch. To advance lights you simply turn off/on within 8 seconds to advance to next color option. Lights have a memory function so when turned off longer than 8 seconds they will remember the last setting when turned back on. Lights are rated for 50,000 hours of operation.
This board is for the larger pool size fixtures approximately 10 inches in diameter. See picture below, if your light is smaller then that you likely have the spa sized fixture. We also sell a replacement board for that.
** NOTE ** These LED boards can be used with optional home automation systems, third party light controllers, external controllers, remotes and power controllers; but because this board has more colors and shows then OEM, some pre-programmed remote control options can not reach all of the colors and shows. Integration with home automation systems and software from most companies have been and can be integrated to function properly. Most customers use the free built in option. Lights, colors and shows are controlled by simply using your existing light switch. If you have more than one fixture, you will not be able to sync lights unless you replace all the boards at the same time. Please call us if you have any questions.
