Limited Warranty on LED Lights and Bulbs
We warranty all of our lights and bulbs against manufacture defects from the date of purchase through the earlier of: (i) one (1) year from date of purchase; or (ii) the date the light is sold or transferred by you, the original purchaser, to a third party (the “Warranty Period”).
The limited warranty described herein is effective as to manufacturer defects only. The limited warranty described herein does not apply to products purchased for resale or products purchased for under fifteen dollars ($15.00). This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by the purchaser or by installation of the item, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God which are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. PoolTone and Florida Sunseeker hereby disclaim all warranties express or implied except those specifically described herein.
