1 - Shipping Costs
Within the US, all items ship FREE via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS.
You are given options for expedited shipping at checkout if you need your item(s) faster. Most expedited shipping requests use FedEx. International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your Country and the weight/size of the item. Free shipping includes the United States, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. 
2 - International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internallionally using FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS.  Depending on destination country and international carrier selected, , it can take between 1 to 25 business days for international packages to arrive. You will be provided a tracking number within 24 hours of your order M-F.  “Florida Sunseeker“, is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing deliveries outside the US. We will provide proof of shipment by the carrier you select, but our company is not responsible once international shipments leave our warehouse unless it was optionally insured. INTERNATIONAL SALES WARRANTY does not include shipping charges. Any returns or exchanges outside the US requires all shipping charges paid by customer. We warrant that any product purchased on this website can legally be exported from the US to your destination. We are not responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.florida-sunseeker.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Purchaser is responsible for any and all taxes, import duties and fee’s levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If your country or destination has specific rules that help expedite and insure easier transit, please contact before ordering so we can be sure to follow your specific instructions.
3 - International Freight Forwarders
If you already have an international freight forwarder that you use, we readily work with and provide shipping services to you directly through the third party. If you are purchasing larger quantities or wholesale lots we provide export services via our existing bonded freight forwarder. International cargo shipments, containers and partial container loads are delivered to our forwarder, FOB, at the port of Miami or Fort Lauderdale at no charge. 4 - Sunseeker Automated Order Management Platform
Once you place an order with us, our automated shipping and tracking system takes over. We give you the option for free automated notifications via text or email or none at all. Expect notifications to begin within seconds of placing an order.  These include being notified when we ship your order, automated tracking number creation, web link to either FedEx, UPS or USPS prepopulated with your tracking number for current status of your shipment, and notification when your order is delivered. Every barcode scan by humans, machines and robots all along the way is available to you from this website. 
5 - What to expect during shipping 
We do our best to ship all items same day from one of our 3 warehouses if ordered before 2 PM EDT M-F. Anything advertised on our website is in stock, we do not list items that are out of stock or back ordered.
