We test all bulbs before they leave our warehouse in Florida - warranty claims require return shipping of defective bulb
We disassemble all defective bulbs to see if the bulb was given improper voltage 
Damage by water - Warranty does not cover bulbs that get wet, proper installation of bulb into a waterproof light housing is required
    We recommend you install a new gasket with this bulb.  We stock Hayward® and Pentair® SPA Size gaskets and can be purchased at links below:
