If the front fan is blowing but the water is not heating, your compressor capacitor probably needs replacement. It is a quick fix, remove top white cover, then the black cover and replace compressor capacitor found here.
You will notice an audible difference and fan will be blowing much colder air.
Takes about 2 minutes after power on for compressor to start.
